Writing can be hard.
Good writing can result in rewriting, and much rewriting can make a writer weary.
As an aspiring writer, I know how writing a novel can be a complicated process. You, however, leave the editing to you after you have finished your novel. I know you might want to edit your novel as you write your story. I find I want to do exactly that. It’s a complicated process to write and finish a novel till it’s finished. I have three finished novels. They are yet to be edited.
I live with a grammar geek. Actually, I’m married to them. They are American, I’m Irish/British. I’ve been in America since October 2005, for your reference. As the title of my blog suggests, I tend to lean towards unusual tendencies. A writer who experiences writer’s block struggles to get back into their story. This sounds like me. Does this sound like you? I tend to work with reluctant writers, as I am one myself.
It’s hard to write when you are a reluctant writer. I tend to find ideas pop into my head while I’m writing a different story. It makes me want to stop writing and jot down notes of the idea that came into my head about a new story. I get new story ideas popping into my head all the time. Not sure why these new story ideas are always popping into my head while I’m writing my current W.I.P.
